Delivery Guidelines
Thank you for shopping with Finecost Foods. To ensure a smooth delivery experience with us, please read the following guidelines. This information is only applicable to orders being delivery in Windhoek. For orders outside Windhoek, kindly read our shipping policy.
Our delivery service operates Monday to Sunday until 7PM at a flat rate of N$40 across Windhoek.
Orders to be delivered can be paid for using the DPO online card payment or with cash upon delivery. We do not accept wallet (EFT) payments upon delivery.
We offer free delivery when your prepaid order
exceeds N$800.
Weekly Delivery Schedule:
10AM - 12PM (on weekends)
5PM - 7PM (available daily)
